Comments

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on August 20, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B3TRWV). Issues raised in previous routine have been addressed:

- Food bin that was missing a lid has been taken out of circulation. Cocoa and other products inside food bin were placed inside food-grade containers. Lid is currently on order and food bin will be used once lid arrives
- Rodent droppings along perimeter of dry storage area have been removed by maintenance staff in accordance with EHO's directions. No recent signs rodent activity observed at time of inspection inside mechanical traps, nor were rodent droppings observed. Continue to monitor for rodent droppings and other signs of rodents (e.g. gnawed bags, wiring, fur marks) and inform the pest control company if signs of rodents are observed
- All food protected from contamination

Thank you for your co-operation.
