No Health Hazard exists from previous production of eggs at facility JB Bistro (Food Safety plan approved, facility has not made structural changes since prior operation, no changes to production since prior production, Egg supplier to JB Bistro are an approved source, etc.) Salted Duck Eggs supplied by JB Bistro are permitted for sale. Eggs are no longer "HELD" by Fraser Health Authority.
