Observation: Approx. 1" to 2" gap observed beneath receiving back door. Operator stated that threshold is to be repaired to eliminate gap.
Corrective Action(s): Eliminate visible gap to limit pest entry at this point. It is recommended to add a door sweep in addition to repairing threshold to minimize gap. Please note that rodents may enter through spaces as small as 1/4". Date to be corrected by: June 12, 2017.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 1C. Minimal food storage.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely in clean container.
- Hand washing sink provided with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use napkins/paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer at approx. 400 ppm. Note: When used on food contact surfaces, concentrations greater than 200 ppm will require a rinse, as per manufacturer's label.
- Bar glass washer at 12.5 ppm to 25 ppm iodine.
- No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.

Note: Hands are currently dried with paper napkins, which may leave paper residue. Discussed installation and placement of paper towel dispenser with operator.
