Routine Inspection:

Kitchen:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
Proper thawing methods observed at the time of inspection - under cold running water. This is very good!
QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. Note: sanitizer quantity in bottle is running low - ensure to refill bottle today.
Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
General food storage practices good:
- Food items covered and protected from contamination.
- Food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Dry storage and equipment storage organized.
Ice machine clean.

Bar/Server Area:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Coolers maintained at 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Glass washer sanitizing with 25 ppm iodine.

Overall:
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Operator stated that regular pest control comes in.
General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
Hand sinks in employee washrooms equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
