- Temperature records maintained daily
- No pest activity observed during inspection, ongoing pest control company visits (monthly), records available for review.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- Storage and organization of food products is good
- General sanitation of facility is good
- Permit posted in visible location
- All employees have Foodsafe level 1 or equivalent training, certificates are kept on file, expiry dates between 2022-2025
