Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food contact surface sanitizer was available at the time of inspection. Operator made a chlorine based solution that achieved 100ppm on-site.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure your food contact surface sanitizers are always prepared, labelled, and accessible at all times as indicated in your Sanitiation Plan.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple hand wash stations were missing paper towels and liquid soap. 2 of 4 hand wash stations were obstructed at the beginning of the inspection. Operator corrected the noted cocnerns immediately.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water. They should be easily accessible and not obstructed.

Routine inspection conducted at facility. This facility is used by Serious Soups, Simply Curries, and the Biryani Chef

- Facility is maintained in a sanitary manner
- All coolers are at or below 4C
- All freezers are at or below -18C
- Cold storage is adequate
- Dry storage is adequate
- 3 and 2 compartment sinks are used appropriately. *Ensure large pots that are not in use are not stored at the facility*
- No signs of pest activity. Monthly pest control is done by APNA pest control
