Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice (cooked rice) stored on top of the microwave. Reheated in microwave when a customer orders rice. 13C at room temperature. Staff states rice was on microwave, outside of fridge for less than one hour.
Corrective Action(s): Staff placed rice back into the fridge and will no longer continue the practice of holding rice at room temperature.
