Observation: - Mold growth noted on ceiling of walk-in cooler
- Grime/film noted on interior of ice machine
- Mold growth/grime noted on seal of drawer cooler
Correction: - Thoroughly clean areas noted above to remove mold/grime from equipment. [Correction date: today]
Comments

- Pest control technicians were on-site and provided increased service for rodents which included placing additional traps and identifying and sealing off entrance points. Report to confirm service service by Operator.
- Premises has been thoroughly cleaned to remove all mouse droppings, grease and grime. A significant improvement in sanitation is noted.
- No additional droppings noted at the time of the inspection.
- Premises has been re-organized with all items stored on shelving.
- Dry goods have been place in pest proof bins.
- Ceiling of walk-in cooler was cleaned and painted.
- Ice machine was cleaned and sanitized.
- Drawer cooler door seals were cleaned
- Leak from prep cooler was assessed and is from condensation. Pipe has been wrapped to address condensation
- Display case which was >4C is now only being used for beverages and pastry display. (Sign posted on cooler). No potentially hazardous foods to be stored in this unit.

Closure Order rescinded. Premises may re-open.

- Operator must ensure the following:
- Contract is maintained with Pest Control company.
- Premises is kept organized with floor kept clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest issues. An droppings noted are to be cleaned up immediately and the area sanitized.
- Sanitation plan is adhered to so that premises and equipment are free from accumulation of grease and grime.
