Routine inspection: Premise still operating with limited simple menu items. 3 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. NSF certified domestic dishwasher with sanitize cycle available for use. Bleach sanitizer available for use in labeled spray bottle. Reminder, general sanitizer solution formula is 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. General sanitation is satisfactory. 2 door cooler at 4 degrees C. Indicating thermometer in place. Freezer at -14 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C. Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of cooler and freezer once summer camps start. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Permit posted.
