NSF certified domestic dishwasher with sanitize cycle available for use.
Bleach sanitizer available for use in labeled spray bottle. Reminder, general sanitizer solution formula is 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
2 door cooler at 4 degrees C. Indicating thermometer in place.
Freezer at -14 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C.
