Follow up inspection:
-Manager with equivalent training to FOODSAFE Level 1 was available on-site.
-Assistant Manager and a Supervisor were also certified in the equivalent course to FOODSAFE Level 1.
-Second Supervisor is registered for FOODSAFE Level 1 on September 4, 2018 according to the Manager.

It was reviewed that the Owner/Operator/Manager and at least one employee on shift in the absence of the Operator must maintain valid FOODSAFE Level 1 / equivalent course training at all times.
