Coolers at 4 C or below.
Ice cream freezer at -10 C.
Ice cream scoops are rinsed after each use.
Soup hot held at > 60 C.
Food is prepared in main kitchen only.
Hand sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels.
Dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plate surface during final rinse.
Quats bottle was changed (initially filled with 0 ppm due to dispenser in main kitchen).

Note: the hot water at the handwashing sink is at 65 C - this is a scalding hazard. Please ensure temperatures meet WORKSAFE BC requirements.
Generally, the temperature of water from taps should not exceed 49 C. Check all taps including the ones in the main kitchen and bar.
