Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The ambient air temperature of the 4th floor servery cooler was measured at 15 C. The internal temperature of the creamer was measured at 14.9C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all the perishable foods in the cooler (ie. creamers, milk,etc.) Fix the cooler. Do not put perishable foods until the cooler is fixed.
