-Employees observed to be washing hands at greater frequency (after contacting dirty dishware and after contacting raw meat).
-Ensure all staff is educated on proper handwashing etiquette and personal hygiene practices which help prevent contamination to foods.
-Handwashing signs available at all handsinks to encourage proper practice.
