Follow-up inspection conducted. Observed during inspection: Code 402 -Employees observed to be washing hands at greater frequency (after contacting dirty dishware and after contacting raw meat). -Ensure all staff is educated on proper handwashing etiquette and personal hygiene practices which help prevent contamination to foods. -Handwashing signs available at all handsinks to encourage proper practice. Code 306 (corrected) -Grease and food debris build up have been cleaned (some grease observed from today). -Ensure all hard to reach areas are deep cleaned more often to remove grease and food debris and to prevent pest attraction. -Vent hoods are in clean manner (operator mentioned they are cleaned daily).
