Note: Ensure individual milk creamers are kept cold (via ice pack) in food plate preparation room. All hand wash provisions satisfactory. All coolers <= 4 C All freezers <= -18 C Refrigeration temperatures regularly monitored and recorded. Dishwashers achieve >71 C for rinse cycles. Quats sanitizer >= 200 ppm for source. Food storage practices good. No evidence of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
