-Follow-up inspection to October 24, 2023. -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Paper towels were placed in a paper towel dispenser. -Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary. Staff are disassembling equipment for cleaning and sanitizing. -Foods labelled keep refrigerated and refrigerate after opening were properly stored at 4C. -Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Foods were properly stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination at the time of inspection. -Spray bottles were properly labelled to identify their contents. Ensure containers are checked regularly and relabelled as needed. -Health permit hand delivered. Ensure permit is posted at a visible location. Review the attached permit letter and notify the Health Department if any changes occur. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
