Comments

New ceiling tile installed in kitchen. Some cracked fixture covers to be replaced. OK. Many new cleaning procedures in place, including cleaning logs and required initials. Good. Receiving area is much better organized. Bins covered and isolated. Mop room continues to look very good. Very few flies observable in this area. Note: Dishwasher areas need attention to continue to reduce fly breeding opportunities. Add the tail pipes and stainless steel surround (at seams and underside of surfaces) to regular cleaning schedule. Use Wash n' Walk foam to the identified areas to reduce feeding opportunities and in general to kill landing adults. Use generously in these areas. Overall fly population much improved and with an improvement to the cleaning routine at the dishwash station, it is possible to eliminate the flies. Good work.
