Observation: - Ongoing rodent issues. Mouse droppings noted on floor by ice machine and under sink in bar area. Less droppings noted than previous inspection.
Corrective Action(s): - Continue to clean up droppings immediately and use sanitizer or disinfectant in area where droppings noted.
- Continue to keep floor area clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring
- Maintain a high level of sanitation and ensure no food sources are accessible to mice
- Pest Control contract (Orkin) in place with monthly service and on-call if more frequent service is needed. Follow all recommendations of Pest Control Technician. Email copy of monthly service report to Fraser Health.

Comments

- Walk-in cooler was serviced and swing temperature was adjusted so that the increase is less during defrost cycles. Temperature of the unit was 2C at the time of the inspection.
- Prep cooler in sandwich area was serviced and was 2C. Thermometer present in cooler.
- Potentially hazardous food stored in alto-sham hot holding unit was >60C
- Cleaning as been completed as outlined in previous inspection.
- Standing water no longer present on floor near mop sink.
- Ladle with handle used to scoop dry goods.
- Openings/entrance points identified by Pest Control Technician have been filled/sealed.
