Operator had the impression that once all the infractions were corrected they were okay to open this morning. Code 201 noted on Routine inspection # ECAO-B5KQF3 of Oct-15-2018 Food contaminated or unfit for human consumption [s. 13] (A number of foods in the dry storage room are contaminated with droppings and found torn open by rodents. Approximately 20-40 bags of fennel seed bags opened Spice bags have droppings throughout.)

Comments

Significant improvement since yesterday: -No droppings observed in the dry storage room -shelves and floors checked, office room, bar area, under ice machine. You are to monitor daily for any signs of new droppings as an indication the mice are still present -significant cleaning has occurred in the restaurant: floors, shelves and walls -Office clutter has been cleared up -Orkin Pest Control came this morning -and all infractions have been corrected as per their report (copy received) -Orkin will be coming in twice monthly now -operator is to email me a copy of the report for the next few months as below -Almost all the foods in the dry storage are in rodent proof containers except those indicated above -Screen door is closing tight and is self-closing Premise Okay to Open
