Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bag of shrimp was observed to be stored at room temperature. The internal food temperature measured at 18C.
Corrective Action(s): Move the shrimp into a functional cooler immediately. Do not store any potentially hazardous food at room temperature.

Observation: A brown stain observed on the water tray inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing. Correct by: Immediately.

Observation: Paper towel dispenser in the men's washroom was missing. Operator stated the dispenser was broken and then removed.

Routine inspection:
- Prep coolers, under the counter cooler and walk-in cooler maintained at 4C or less.
- Front area beverage cooler at 9C. no potentially hazardous food items stored inside.
- Freezers (walk-in, domestic) were functional.
- Sprouts stored with ice water.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm bleach sanitizer at the plate level.
- Frozen meat thawing under cold running water in the 3 compartment sink.
- Deli slicer maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Food items stored off the ground on shelving units.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
