Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection there were 7 children and 2 staff present. 22 children went for a walk with 3 staff. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

Staff ECE certificates were posted in the nap room. Please ensure certificates are posted in a prominent place in the facility (ie, near the entrance or in the main play room).

The contents of this report was discussed with a staff person and emailed to the manager on March 4, 2021.
