Observation: 1. Sanitizer dispenser at 3 compartment sink not dispensing sanitizer. Solution had <10ppm sanitizer during inspection
2. Soap/detergent dispenser observed in sanitize compartment
3. Facility does not have a method to ensure mechanical dishwasher is functioning at appropriate temperatures
Correction: 1. Use of alternate dishwashing location necessary. All equipment needs to be cleaned and sanitized.
Contact supplier to have dispenser assessed.

3. Find a method (for example, waterproof thermometer, thermal stickers) to ensure mechanical dishwasher is operating at appropriate temperatures.

Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report TCHN-DB5RSQ

Ecolab has serviced dispenser. Solution from sanitizer dispenser measured 200ppm QUATS at time of inspection.
