Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- A third party pest control company inspects on a regular basis. Submit the three latest pest control summary reports to the health inspector.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. Please note two FOODSAFE level 1 certificates are expired.
- Operating Permit with a valid decal posted in a conspicuous area.
- Washrooms appear to be in sanitary condition. Handwashing stations fully stocked.
