Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BC5QPS: Preparation cooler across from cooking line temperature setting adjusted. Inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C. Operator's accurate indicating thermometer reading 3 degrees C. Bar glass washer sanitizer bottle changed. 50ppm chlorine detected during the rinse cycle. . Recommend obtaining chlorine test strips to verify concentration of chlorine during the rinse cycles for the kitchen low temperature dishwasher and the bar glass washer.
