Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of cooler recorded at 2C.
- Freezer noted at -15C.
- No hot holding was conducted at the time of inspection.
- 200ppm QUATS sanitizer available in the properly labelled spray bottle. Good
- 50ppm chlorine residual recorded at low temp mechanical dishwasher.
- Handwash sink available and had liquid soap, single use paper towels & supply of hot and cold running water.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Food products were stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 (Exp Oct 15, 2025).
- Operating permit posted at the front.
