Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed low temperature dishwasher dispensed 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Fix or replace low temperature dishwasher so it dispenses min 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Rewash all utensils, equipment, and food contact surfaces since operation began. Monitor with chlorine test strip for the rest of the night.
