Observation: Void between window and work counter (sinks/dishwasher) soiled with debris, unused items stored between window and upright freezer, damaged upright counter shelf noted.
Corrective Action(s): Prior to next inspection - effort is required to clean and remove all unused items in void areas next to window. Repair border edge to prevent articles from falling behind counter.

- Temperature Control: No concerns. Monitoring required.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: High temperature = Ok.
-> Wiping cloth storage: Ok. (Quat Sanitizer) Cloths are to be kept completely submerged in the sanitizer at all times. Monitoring required. Test strips are to be on site.
- Food Storage: Ok. Baked muffin storage discussed.
- Chemical storage: Ok. All bottles are to be kept clearly labelled and separated from all food items.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Staff hygiene: Discussed.
- Sanitation: Cleaning of "hard to reach" areas - along walls, behind shelving, underneath oven discussed. High level dusting is to be conducted on a routine basis.
- Ice bin cleaning and disinfection discussed.
- Garbage, Recycling and Composting Storage: All items are to be kept stored in covered, rodent proof containers.
- Pest Control: Monitoring required.
- FoodSafe: Expiration dates discussed. Staff are required to have Foodsafe certificates updated asap.
- FoodSafety Plan and Sanitation Plan are to be kept on site for reference.

Renovation changes discussed. Any proposed renovations require Fraser Health Approval prior to construction.
