Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Creamer and milk cartons used for coffee observed to be stored under room temperature. Ice pack used to keep creamers and milk cartons cold has melted.
Corrective Action(s): Discard creamer and milk cartons. All creamers and milk cartons must be under cooling units able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Do not use ice packs to keep creams and milk cold.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee dispenser nozzle and around the nozzle observed to have built-up of syrup/coffee residue.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned areas. Ensure to clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces at end of day or when visibly soiled. Use QUATs sanitizer to sanitize all food contact surfaces.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer (i.e.: Sani Stuff) measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available for ware washing.
Stand-up coolers, displayer coolers, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure to use and have available QUATs sanitizer (i.e.: Sani Stuff) to sanitize all food contact surfaces.

Overall, facility is well organized .
