-Follow-up inspection to March 14, 2022. -Operator contacted a technician to service the dishwasher. Technician was unable to find any issues with the dishwasher. Technician recommended the dishwasher door be kept closed to retain heat and to run the dishwasher on the P3 - longest cycle. Technician did not leave a service report. -High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface on two consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
