Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher was run three times and did not dispense any sanitizer during the final rinse cycle.
Correction: Repair technician called, ETA 1 hour. Inspector to return in 1 hour. If dishwasher is cannot dispense a minimum of 50ppm chlorine, a CLOSURE ORDER will be issued.
Comments

- Dishwasher has been repaired and now dispenses 50ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle; sanitation log must be kept and sanitizer levels recorded daily
- Front and back handwashing sinks have been cleaned
- Tongs for grill and rice scoop now stored in clean, dry containers
- Juice wiped up from walk-in cooler floor
- Under the grill coolers free of food debris
- Defrosting meat moved from being on top of asparagus - ensure cooler is organized

To be completed by the follow-up inspection on April 22, 2019:
- under the counter cooler (where salsas and sour cream were previously held) to be repaired so that it maintains 4C/40F
- at least 1 other staff member (other than the three who already hold certificates) must be signed up to take FOODSAFE Level 1 - courses receipts must be provided to the undersigned
