- 200ppm QUAT sanitizers present at multiple locations
- High temp dishwasher achieved 75C at final rinse cycle
- Coolers were <4C, freezers were <-18C
- Hot holding food was >60C
- Storage of foods is satisfactory
- General sanitation is adequate
- Observed a few flies near dishwashing area. Active pest control in place.
