Routine Inspection Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Coolers at 4 C or below. Freezers at -18 C or below. Sanitizer from dispenser registered at 200 ppm quats. Quats spray bottles kept throughout establishment. Dishwashing was not set up at the time of inspection however operator was able to describe the correct procedures for dishwashing. Note: pizza slices are not hot held at 60 C - stored for a maximum of 1.5 hours only after which they are discarded. Timers should be used and records should be maintained. General sanitation satisfactory. Pest control services are in place.
