-Follow-up inspection to November 19, 2019. -Ice machine has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Operator will clean and sanitized ice machine on a monthly basis - ice machine may need to be cleaned and sanitized more regularly as needed. -Sushi machine was adjusted yesterday and was at 4C. Monitor cooler and adjust as needed. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
