-Staff say they normally time track and the pizza was made less than 1hour ago
-Instructed staff that time tracking must be followed or the pizza must be held at 60C or above
-Unsold pizza must be discarded after 2hours from the time it comes out of the oven

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Quat sanitizer measured at less than 50ppm in the spray bottle and at the dispenser at the beginning of the inspection
-There were air bubbles trapped in the sanitizer line causing the sanitizer to not dispense properly
-Once the air bubbles were removed from the line, Quat sanitizer dispensed at 200ppm
-QUATS spray bottle was refilled with 200ppm sanitizer
