Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Ice scoop stored inside of ice machine (handle in contact with ice)
2. Bottled beverage stored inside of ice machine
3. Two sauces near grill stored in open cans
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that ice scoop is stored outside of the ice machine in a clean container. Do not store beverages inside of ice machine as outside of bottle may potentially contaminate ice. Once opened, ensure that contents of metal cans are transferred to a food grade container. The inside lining of metal cans may become compromised when exposed to oxygen.
