Fresh squeezed juices on ice - fully submerged within ice, internal temp 3 C Front entrance swing gate doors have been modified to better pest proof premise. When gates set correctly in position, no gap observed between doors, floor and adjacent millwork. Required cleaning conducted since previous inspection. Ensure premise sanitation is maintained on a daily basis. New shelving unit installed to replace cabinet and milk crates previously used for storage. Hot dog prep cooler repaired, temp 0 C Correction Order complied with and now rescinded.
