Handsink in the centre of the bar was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Low temperature glass washer had a final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual of 50 ppm at the plate.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside a spray bottle.
Bar walk-in-cooler and other cooler temperatures were satisfactory.
Cooler containing soy and skim milk was at 3 degrees C (4 degrees C or less).
Light bulbs were in shatterproof covers in the bar walk-in-cooler.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
