Handwash station unobstructed at time of inspection, no hose attached to it. Duct tape also removed at this kitchen handwash station. Caulking replaced at two compartment sinks. Splinters from wooden paddle were removed however the surface is still not smooth. *Please have both wooden paddles properly sanded down and finished so that the surface is smooth and easily cleanable. If this is not possible, please replace the paddles. Black garlic oil stored on top of induction cooker was measured at 61.9C today.
