Observations:
- Front store coolers at or below 4'C
- Kitchen coolers at or below 4'C
- Front store freezers at or below -18'C
- Kitchen freezers at or below -18'C
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Pest proof containers in use for dry stored foods
- Raw meat observed stored away from ready-to-eat foods
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- General sanitation of premise is excellent during inspection
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- All equipment and single-use disposable containers observed stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Health permit posted in a conspicuous location on site

*NOTES:
- ventilation canopy was due for cleaning in Aug 2022. Ensure the canopy is cleaned as per schedule.
- 3-door freezer at back of the kitchen has been removed off site. Sufficient storage available for current menu
- Under-counter cooler at front service area is not in service as it is not able to maintain 4'C or lower. Cooler is being used to store non-potentially hazardous foods
- No signature due to COVID
