On Follow-Up: -Operator was on-site. He said that they changed the thermostat on the hot water tank this morning and that they went through all the troubleshooting steps to resolve the hot water issue. He said that they'd monitor the hot water temperature and install a larger tank if required. Temperature of hot water at the taps was 45 degC on follow-up. Random follow-up inspections will be conducted to ensure that you have hot water (at least 45 degC) available at all times. -The clean plates and cooked rice in the rice cooker have been relocated.
