- Frozen dim sum is processed and packaged at Peking Dim Sum Plus (588 E. Hastings St, Vancouver).
- Walk-In Freezer: -25C
- Walk-In Freezer Unit is alarmed and operator is alerted by security company if the correct temperature is not maintained or if unit is not operating properly.
- Walk-In Freezer Unit Compressor (on roof) is also alarmed.
- Operator uses a mechanically temperature controlled vehicle to transport food product between the production premises and frozen storage premises.
