Fruit flies are still present, but the problem is improving.

Time tracking in place for potato wedges - being held at room temperature for 2 hours.
Items in domestic fridge have been moved to a commercial cooler maintaining 4C. Domestic fridge is now stocked with items that are used less often throughout the day. Domestic Cooler was at 4C at time of inspection.
Display cooler at 4C
Sanitizer in labelled spray bottles at 200ppm Quats.
Wiping cloth in sanitizer - Solution at 100ppm, changed at time of inspection.
