Observation: During time of inspection, the following observations were made, mice droppings located:
- underneath shelving and in corner where rice/ flour is sold
- Corner where wrapped squash is sold (food debris located)
- Corner where bulk cookie section is (food debris/ nesting materials located)
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that all hard to reach areas including the above noted and cleaned and maintained on a frequent basis
- Remove all mice droppings and ensure areas are sanitized with 100ppm bleach solution afterwards

- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Veg walk in cooler at 4C
* Dairy walk in cooler at <4C
* Walk in freezer at -18C
* Display cooler at -18C
- Bleach available in veg processing room
- Food products stored off the floor, kept at least 6" off the ground
- Facility organized and brightly lit
- General sanitation of facility - OK, continue to maintain and monitor for pest activity
