Inspector test strips were turning odd colors and it was suspected vinegar was used in the bottle. Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and rinse spray bottle along with the spray nozzle component and remake spray bottle contents with approved 200ppm quat sanitizer solution. Follow approved sanitation plan. Violation Score: 3
