Food storage placed on dedicated shelving above the floor. Hand sink with liquid soap and paper towels. 3 compartment sink available. 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer detected. Cooler units at 4C and below. Freezer at -18C and below. Renovations completed. New vegetable walk in cooler in operation. Recommendation: 1. The white chopping blocks could use a thorough clean as they are grey marks on them. Repair and replace if necessary. 2. Back dry storage area can use better lighting in the dark corners.
