Bottles checked with test strips. - Dry storage space is clean and foods are stored on shelving and are protected - Foods in coolers are covered and dated - Premise was clean and well maintained at the time of inspection Hospice Kitchen: - Cooler <4C - Domestic washer in use - Food storage in cupboards (good) 3rd + 4th Floor Service areas: - 3rd Floor dish washer reaches 71C at surface of the dishes - Coolers <4C.
