- Temperature logs are maintained
- Dish washer produces 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at the surface of the dishes
- Sanitizer dispenser produces 200ppm Quat sanitizer. Bottles checked with test strips.
- Dry storage space is clean and foods are stored on shelving and are protected
- Foods in coolers are covered and dated
- Premise was clean and well maintained at the time of inspection

Hospice Kitchen:

3rd + 4th Floor Service areas:
- 3rd Floor dish washer reaches 71C at surface of the dishes
