Overall, facility is well maintained. -Permit is posted -FOODSAFE operator is on-site -All hand wash units, after correction, are easily accessible and fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water -All cooler units are at 4C or below -All freezer units are at a satisfactory temperature -Dry and cold storage is satisfactory. Food is covered and stored above 15cm from the floor -Fume hood detachments are clean -Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50ppm Chlorine -QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle and from dispenser achieve 200ppm QUAT -No signs of pest activity
