-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler was at 6C - cooler was undergoing a defrost cycle at the time of inspection.
-Under counter freezer was at -13C.
-Upright freezer was at -31C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). Sanitizing temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Bleach sanitizer pail in the front was at 200ppm - used for soaking towels.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-Scoops stored in water - changed every 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground, covered, and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 25, 2026.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
