Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use gloves in use while handling food. No hand washing being done between handling money, switching gloves and handling food.
Hand washing sink available and fully supplied.
Corrective Action(s): -Ensure hand washing is done before and after handing food to prevent any contamination. After using the toilet, handling money, garbage, etc, employees must wash there hands with warm water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Gloves do not replace proper handwashing
***Recommend always having at least 2 staff at front counter to address operator's concerns about quick service for customers. 1 for handling money and 1 for handling food.
