Note: Walk-in freezer at -4 to -6 C. Should be -18 C. Burger King policy allows a range of +- 10 C. Temperatures noted exceed the range. Recovery must return to -18 C to match required storage temps of products.
**Monitor Freezer temp hourly for today. Should temperatures not recover properly have unit serviced.

Reviewed cooking procedures for whopper patty, including thermocouple check. OK.
Cooling units and hot holding at good temperatures.
Handwashing stations good
Quats in sanibuckets and at sink measured 200 ppm. ok.

General sanitation very good at time of inspection.
