Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice in warmer unit measured between 14C-20C. Per staff, rice from cooler is being heated in the unit.
Corrective Action(s): Reheat rice to 74C and store in a preheated hot-holding unit. Hot foods are to be stored at or above 60C at all times. Do not use warmer to reheat foods.

-Rice in rice cooker (left): 64C

-Handsinks has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-High-temperature dishwasher measured 72C at plate surface.
-Food storage is satisfactory.
*NOTE: Ensure bleach sanitizer solution measures between 100-200ppm for food contact surfaces. This can be made with 1 tsp of bleach in 1 L of water.
